When to Stay Home
As a community, we can help ensure the general health of our students at school. Remember, please continue to take precautions to prevent the spread of all infectious diseases, including COVID. Keep children home if they have:

fever of 100.4 or higher
- coughing
-
nausea
-
vomiting
-
diarrhea
-
sore throat
-
difficulty swallowing
-
unusually red, itchy, watery, or burning eyes
-
body chills
-
or generally feel ill
MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORMS
If your student needs to have medication administered at school, please complete the appropriate form below. Each form requires a medical provider to sign and stamp the form for authorization. When you have completed the form, you will upload it to the Powerschool Parent Portal. You may also provide a copy to your school health clerk and/or the District Nurse.
